Maggie Umber is a cartoonist and publisher based in Chicago, Il. In addition to her own work she co-founded the comics publisher 2-Cloud. Maggie is a recent Bram Stoker Awards Nominee and her recent self-published graphic novel Chrysanthemum Under the Waves was excerpted in the Ignatz winning Rust Belt Review Vol 6. Maggie is a festival stalwart, having tabled at 20+ festivals in 2025. We’re so excited to read her newest book The GOK Specials which will be The GOK Specials which will be available at MAC.
